Christmas 2022 Delivery Offer

As always, Christmas has sneaked up on us like cramp on a run!

If you are anything like me, you still have shopping to do and are really hoping there are still some Turkeys (or Quorn roasts) left in the freezer! If that is the case, then read on.

We are approaching the final posting dates for Christmas delivery. Please click here to see the full details of this. However, in short, the Royal Mail are suggesting Friday 16th as the last delivery date for 1st class post. However, for those of you out there that truly live life on the edge, we have also started using FedEx recently, so you can order all the way up until 10am on Thursday 22nd and still have time to wrap it and pop it under the tree like you bought it a month ago.

To make things even better, we have a few different offer on, which are:

FREE Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 (usually £75)

Free 1st Class Upgrade (Choose 2nd Class or a 2 day service and it will be sent via 1st class or Next Day)

Get 5% Off Everything using code EARLYXMAS at checkout

Which do you choose, I hear you say? Well, that’s the beauty, you don’t have to, as you can use all of them!

All offers end on December 22nd 2022.

Please keep in mind the Royal Mail strikes, we have been seeing huge delays, so if it really needs to be there before Christmas, then a tracked/timed FedEx service is probably the way forward!

Royal Mail Black Friday Delays

I am getting a lot of emails chasing up orders placed on Black Friday weekend, I am trying to get through these as soon as possible, but there is a large influx in emails so there may be a delay in getting a reply. I completely appreciate how frustrating it is, but please refrain from sending multiple emails on the same order if I have not replied yet, as this just slows me down, I will get through these ASAP. Really appreciate your patience on this.

If your order is marked as dispatched, then it has been packaged up and handed over to the Royal Mail. Any further updates are reliant on parcels working their way through Royal Mails backlog and tracking system.

Orders placed after 2pm on Wednesday 23rd November would not have been physically processed by Royal Mail until Monday 28th November. The Royal Mail were on strike on 24th and 25th November meaning no collections were made until Monday. Following this, there were more industrial strikes Wednesday and Thursday 30th November and 1st December.

I am sure that you can appreciate given the time of year and the fact that there has been 2 weekend and 4 strike days since the orders were placed that there is likely to be delays with all orders. I am asking all customers to allow at least 2 weeks from the day it left our warehouse whilst it progresses through a backlogged and extremely busy network.

Please allow extra time for your order to be delivered, there are many people waiting and unfortunately this is completely out of my control, until a parcel is delivered and returned or enough time has passed (around 3-4 weeks in the current climate) then I are unable to refund the item. I will do my absolute very best to ensure orders do arrive before Christmas.

Given that the strike action took place over the busiest retail weekend of the year I am anticipating a huge backlog and severe delays whilst they clear the backlog created by a huge increase in parcels and the lack of days that they have been at work to process them.

We hope that you understand that the action that Royal Mail have taken has had a massive impact on all retailers and we ask for your patience at this time. Please be aware that there are another 2 strike days this week (9th and 11th December) and another 2 next week (14th and 15th December), which I appreciate this is not ideal and believe me is equally as frustrating for myself as it is my customers.

Feetus (me) are unable to do anything to chase these parcels, make them come any quicker and we just have to be patient whilst they work through all of your orders. Please rest assure that if I have sent you a dispatch notification then your order has been fulfilled by me and is now in the hands of a gridlocked postal system of which I have no control over.

I am actively looking for other options to deliver parcels on the run up to Christmas, and hope to have something in place by the end of day tomorrow (Friday 9th December).

Thank you for your patience on this matter.

Well, this is some really, really exciting news that we have sat on for a little while, mainly due to the fact that we didn’t know exactly when they would land with us. However, we have been told they are due in port soon, and should be with us early May, or even before. So, drum roll please …..

The all new Injinji Trainer toe sock will be available exclusively from Feetus.

Injinji Trainer Toe Socks - Wide Image

As the UK’s leading Injinji stockist, we were excited just to hear about a new range from Injinji, but when we were offered exclusivity in the UK on this range, we had to take it! We are extremely passionate about Injinji toe socks and the benefits that they can offer, so being able to bring you all the best products available along with excellent customer service is what Feetus has been built on, and this is testament to that.

The new Injinji Trainer range is designed for when you are training off the trails, and away from the road. We see these as been perfect for those strength and conditioning sessions at the gym, or some HIIT training, plyometrics and more. We can’t wait to get our feet in a pair of these and do a full review on them. For now, here is the Injinji blurb on the new range…

When preparing for a race, time in the gym fortifies your ability to push it to the finish line. Injinji’s new Trainer series is made for ambitious runners, giving your feet optimum support for active days off the trail. Featuring a precise fit that hugs the contours of the foot, your arch and ankle will be supported through all dynamic jumps and movements. The five-toe design minimizes skin-on-skin friction and allows for total foot utilization, making connection with the ground more intuitive and comfortable. The five-toe design and Injinji’s Original Weight thin cushioning promotes natural, restriction-free movement and gives the perfect amount of support to handle burpees, box-jumps, and everything in between.

Designed for runners’ cross-training, strength, circuit, and HIIT workouts, our new Trainer Mini-Crew will help you meet (or exceed) all of your performance goals. Made with our Original Weight thin cushioning, the seamless five-toe sleeve design eliminates blister-causing friction and promotes natural, restriction-free movement. A breathable mesh top keeps you cool and dry, and a precise fit hugs the contours of your foot to move in sync with you, allowing a greater feel for the ground. Technical ribbed knit provides enhanced support to the arch and ankle, allowing the perfect amount of cushion for your next workout.

Injinji Trainer Toe SocksThey will be landing with us in early May (maybe sooner), and will be available for pre-order towards the end of this month. Keep an eye on our social media, and newsletters to find out when this will be.

They are a unisex sock, available in 2 colours; Orange and Lime, and will be available in Small, Medium and Large.

Injinji 22 Stock Update

Injinji Stock Update (Spring/Summer 2022)

I hope everyone is enjoying Spring so far! I can’t be the only one glad to see the return of light nights and the (slightly) warmer weather, although, as I am writing this, I have seen nothing but rain.

So, this is a quick blog entry to address current shortages with Injinji socks as well as an update on the incoming stock for the Spring/Summer 2022 range.

As you may have noticed, there are a fair amount of ranges and sizes currently unavailable to order on the website. This is not due to a lack of attention, but due to there being no availability of these within the UK currently. This is for various reasons, but mainly down to unprecedented demand for Injinji socks over the last 2 years, and heavy delays in manufacturing and shipping. This has affected some of the new colour-ways from 2021, which sold out extremely quickly, as well as some of the staple products from Injinji such as the liner socks, which have been unavailable in all but large and x-large since early 2022. We have tried our very best to ensure there is a good availability across all Injinji ranges and in as many sizes as possible, but have not always been successful.

Our next shipment, which will be replenishing stock on things like the Liner and Ultra Run ranges, as well as bringing in the new Spring/Summer 22 range, is due to land with us in early May (maybe sooner, fingers crossed). We are very excited for this to land, as not only does it mean we will have full stock availability for all you Injinji fans, but it will also mean a huge expansion of the available colour-ways. Injinji have some fantastic new designs this season, and I am sure you will like them as much as we do.

Right now, we don’t know what the next 12 months will bring in terms of further delays to Injinji availability. Hopefully none, and we can wave goodbye to backorders and waiting times, but just in case, and to make sure you don’t miss out, we have an alert system setup for anything we don’t have available. Just find the item you want on the website, select the size, and there will be an option to subscribe to stock notifications. Pop in your email, and you will alerted as soon as we log these back in stock.

To end on a positive note, Feetus will be announcing some very, very exciting Injinji related news in the next few days.
