Run Barefoot or in Minimalist Running Shoes?
We have created a specialist ‘club’ on Strava with the core aim to bring barefoot and minimalist runners throughout UK, Europe, and the rest of the world together to share their experiences in running unshod or in minimalist footwear (such as Vibram FiveFingers, Xero Shoes, etc).
If you haven’t used Strava before, it is an incredible way to motivate yourself and push yourself harder.
A GPS device is the best way to track your training, either in the form of a SmartPhone or a sports watch, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry; you can still plot your runs on sites and export them in to Strava.
