We mainly use the Royal Mail to deliver all of our orders and we find we get a fantastic delivery rate when looking at lost parcels and delivered on time. For this reason, we use the Royal Mail for the vast majority of our deliveries. However, after the strike action that took place around Christmas 2022, we had huge issues with deliveries being extremely late and, understandably, had a large number of complaints last year. While it was completely out of our hands and not something we could have any impact on, we wanted to make sure this did not happen again.

So, this year, even though no strike action has been planned, we have put in place procedures to make sure we are not put in the same position again. We have delivery accounts with several other courier companies which we will switch to immediately is any issues, delays, strike action or similar come into play with the Royal Mail.

Please see the last delivery dates for our different delivery services to make sure your order arrives before the big day. Please bear in mind, these are the LAST dates that are recommended, however, as always, we always recommend to order as early as possible. This time of year is always busier, both for us and delivery services, so the earlier the better. Also, we would always recommend using a tracked delivery services.
